Established in 2011, VSP is a boutique professional services firm specializing in providing independent expert Business Valuation, Litigation Support, Exit Planning Advisory and Transaction Advisory services to the business and legal communities, principally located throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.

Valuation Support

One day you will need valuation support. VSP has the credentials, experience and expertise to provide you with independent and reasonable valuation, litigation, exit planning or transaction advisory support for various purposes. VSP supports business owners and their professional advisors throughout every stage of a business’ life cycle, from start-up through to growth, maturity and exit.
OUR SERVICES

There may be an immediate need for a valuation in the context of an identified transaction (e.g. purchase, sale, shareholder buyout, donation, etc.) or in situations where no actual sale is being contemplated (e.g. tax planning, litigation, insurance coverage, shareholder agreements, marital separation, etc.). An independent valuation is also useful for planning purposes in the context of a potential transaction (e.g. exit planning, purchase, sale, shareholder buyout, etc.) or in situations where no transaction is currently being contemplated (e.g. value enhancement, settlement negotiations, collaborative family law, etc.).
