Kshitij holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the reputed Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India, where he specialized in Finance. He is currently working towards his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.
He has an experience of over 6 years in diverse valuation projects including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocation, impairment testing, private investment portfolio valuations and review of externally prepared valuation reports.
Kshitij has successfully advised multiple clients from various sectors including Information Technology / Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ ITeS), Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, among others, on a variety of purposes such as financial reporting, M&A transactions, private investment, tax planning, and regulatory reporting.
He works collaboratively with separating couples and their family law lawyers where business valuations, stock option valuations and income assessments are required.
Kshitij has co-authored a research publication titled ‘A Comparative Analysis of Different Variants of Discounted Cash Flow Methodology’, featured in the inaugural journal of Valuation Standards Board, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), 2018.
He has previously worked with Goldman Sachs in the fixed income asset management division and with Ernst & Young in the assurance service line. He has also collaborated with international clients to provide financial due diligence and transaction advisory services.
