Helen has particular experience in business valuations related to family law and the determination of income for child and spousal support purposes. Helen’s experience also includes business valuations related to shareholder disputes, inter-generational transfers, related party transactions, shareholder oppression and tax rollovers, the quantification of economic damages resulting from breach of contract, wrongful termination and personal injury, forensic accounting, external audit and tax.

Helen has acquired knowledge in a broad range of industries, including real estate, professional practices (including medical, dental, law and veterinarian), hotel and hospitality, restaurant, industrial products, manufacturing, construction and retail. She has prepared or assisted in the preparation of numerous expert reports and affidavits and has appeared as an expert witness at trial.
