Jatin holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Planning and Management where he specialised in Finance. He is currently working towards his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

He has a combined experience of over 5 years which includes Business Valuation for small owner managed business to large public corporations.

Jatin has successfully advised multiple clients on Valuations for litigation, financial reporting and M&A transactions.
